Orlando Park Realty offers these services

            with a management contract:

PROPERTY RETURN ANALYSIS » We listen to owner needs. All properties are analyzed for profit income. Owners will be told exactly how they can expect to profit on each property. We explain the anticipated net income to each owner. 

TENANT APPLICATIONS » All applicants are screened with a credit report and eviction check. Salary, employment and rental payment history are verified.

MARKETING » All rentals are posted on the CallJeanMoore.com rental web site.  Signs and directional signs to property will be installed.  Your ad will be included in all other publications Orlando Park Realty contracts.  Your only expense will be a repayment to Orlando Park Realty for ads in the Orlando Sentinel.        

RENT COLLECTION » Rent is collected and management fee is deducted as well as any repair bills or Sentinel ads.  A monthly report is mailed to you the Owner with your check.

MAINTENANCE » Orlando Park Realty has a contract with a licensed and insured maintenance company.  Costs for repairs through our maintenance contract shall not exceed the standards set for Orlando and Florida National Home Repair and Remodeling Estimates Guide.  Only emergency repairs or repairs less than $250.00 will be completed by Orlando Park Realty.  Repairs over $250.00 will be reported to Owner and additional bids provided at Owner’s request.

INSPECTIONS » Move-in and move-out inspections are provided as well as spot inspections. 

OUR FEE »  The fee for these services is half (1/2) of the first month’s rent and ten percent (10%) of the monthly rent (with a minimum of $70.00) for the remaining lease term.
